Holiday Caravan Food

When on holiday in a caravan only the most keen cook would want to spend much time in the kitchen. Even doing the carrot-chop meditation.
Therefore I devised a menu of simple fare.

Baked Beans on Toast

Lentil Soup and Toast

Stir Fry with Brown Rice and Marigold Brand Braised Tofu

Aloo Sag with Brown Rice (from ready-meal packs)

Chilli Beans (tinned) with Brown Rice

Baked Beans and Baked Potato
